Important Notice
Participants are required to register for the conference on or before 17th November 2025. Please note that abstracts will not be included in the conference proceedings or technical sessions if at least one of the authors has not completed registration by the deadline.
Registration Steps
Step 1: Make Payment
Make the payment using a bank transfer to the given bank details below. Keep your payment receipt for submission.
Registration Fee: LKR 3,000
Step 2: Complete Form
Download and complete the registration form. Submit it along with the payment receipt to the conference secretariat.
Step 3: Upload to CMT
Upload the Camera-Ready Abstract via CMT, along with the signed Author Declaration Form and a copy of the registration fee payment slip.
- Registration will commence after 27th October, 2025.
- Registration is not required for initial abstract submissions.
- Authors are requested to submit their abstracts for review through the CMT portal (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/NCRD2025/Submission/Manage)
